By downloading or using Yur Home™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service scope

Yur Home is provided as an evolving software service. Features, analysis behavior, export options, pricing, availability, and content may change over time as the app is improved.

2. Important product discretion disclaimer

SJW Software retains sole discretion to design, develop, rebalance, modify, suspend, or remove app features and systems at any time, with or without notice.

This includes updates that may affect inventory records, photos, sync behavior, AI suggestions, export formats, credit packs, or related in-app experiences.

3. Purchases

Yur Home is a free download. Manual entry, Suggest from Photo, browsing, editing, and export remain available without purchase.

Cloud From Photo analysis uses consumable OpenAI credit packs sold through the App Store. Credits are consumed when you run From Photo analysis. Credit packs are not subscriptions.

A future update may offer a one-time Full Access unlock for Apple Intelligence photo analysis on supported devices.

All App Store purchases and restores are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

4. AI-assisted analysis

When you use OpenAI credits for From Photo, photos are processed by Yur Home’s analysis service (powered by OpenAI). Suggested item details are estimates for your review.

When Apple Intelligence analysis becomes available, photos for that path may be processed on your device or through Apple’s services.

You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on AI suggestions for insurance or other purposes.

5. Your data

Inventory you create belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for any data you choose to sync through iCloud or export from the app.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to use Yur Home lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

7. Availability and updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, and updates may temporarily impact access or behavior.
